To further enhance the quality of project applications in the college, on March 5th, the College of Marxism held the second round of text argumentation meeting for the application of the National Social Science Fund and the Ministry of Education projects in 2025. Professor Yu Sinian from Central China Normal University, Professor Dong Hui from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Professor Xu Bocai and Professor Li Ziyuan from our college served as the guiding experts. Li Haibo, Dean of the College, presided over the meeting, and the teachers who intended to apply for projects attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the teachers who applied for the project reported on the project name, background, content, innovative value and the problems they were confused about. The experts provided "diagnostic" guidance based on the trends and characteristics of project approval, from the aspects of the basis for topic selection and research value. The participants actively engaged in the discussion, exchanged application experiences and jointly improved the quality of the projects.

As an important part of the college's application process, this argumentation meeting is another comprehensive refinement of the application documents, which is conducive to improving the materials and stimulating the enthusiasm for scientific research. The college will continue to strengthen organized research, build a three-level linkage mechanism, and through teamwork and in-depth exchanges, continuously improve the project application support system to promote the production of high-quality research results.
